FAQ & Things to Know
The Power of Collaboration Summit is an annual conference for the brightest minds in energy efficiency. Powered by ESG, TPOC is a place for utility leaders around the nation to discuss industry and product trends, collaborate on the future of ESG software products, network, and enjoy a great locale. This year, TPOC is better than ever: a retreat-style Summit nestled at the base of the Rockies in Glenwood Springs, CO.
The $500 attendance fee ensures we deliver the most valuable conference possible to you. The cost covers:
- All conference seminars and collaboration sessions
- EECP training sessions on customer-requested topics
- Breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
- Dinner and exciting group activities on Wednesday and Thursday
- An optional "morning jolt" activity for any early birds who want to get the day started right
TPOC will be held at the historic Hotel Colorado in Genwood Springs, CO. Per request, we've chosen this beautiful retreat location, so there's a bit of travel involved, but we promise it'll be worth it.
There are three airports within about an hour to Glenwood Springs: Eagle County Regional, Aspen, and Grand Junction. We've put together a list of average prices/flight durations from many of our customers' locations to each of these airports; check it out HERE. There is a bus available every 15 minutes from Aspen to Glenwood Springs, or you can rent a car or Lyft - it's up to you.
We have a hotel block reserved at the Hotel Colorado - the commute doesn't get better than that! Book HERE.
TPOC officially opens first thing on Wednesday, October 9th. However, there will be an optional EECP training session from 3-5pm on Tuesday the 8th, plus a welcome reception at Doc Holliday's on Tuesday evening. We would love you to join us for both!
Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions and the reception on Tuesday. We will have some outdoor activities available, though, so if you would like to participate, bring comfortable clothing for those.
October in Glenwood Springs is classic fall weather, with temperatures in the low-to-mid 60s and cold nights. While it's not unheard of for it to snow in October, the weather is usually clear to cloudy without much precipitation at all. We'll keep an eye on the weather as TPOC approaches and let you know if anything changes.
